Travel Info I am in Paris this weekend! What should I do? Travel Tips Meet a french girl and keep good souvenirs...Enjoy!!!!! Others Do stuff. Things you have to see (if you haven't already seen them): Eiffel Tower (walk up the stairs, good exercise and there's history/pictures along the way) Louvre Museum (may take a couple hours) Notre Dame (go inside, it's free) Sacre Coeur (go at sunset to see a great view of the entire city) Museum De Orsay (has van gogh and more current artists) Arc De Triumph (you can climb the stairs to see a good view of the city and Eiffel tower) You can get a 1 day, certain zone pass for the metro and hop from place to place and you can also walk between many of the main spots. http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-27... Take photos!! The Eiffel Tower of course. You get a great view of the city. Arc du Triumph is also nice and Champs-Elysee has good shopping. Check out Notre Dame, that's wonderful. Go to the Louvre, but leave a few hours for this, as it is very large. I would take a day to spend there. Don't forget to see the Mona Lisa! Also, I would recommend sitting down at a cafe and have a cappucino and a croissant. The French have the best pastries! |
