Try the Hotel Saint Jacques at 35, rue des Ecoles in the 5th arr. (Latin Quarter). Tel : 33(0)1 44 07 45 45 Fax : 33(0)1 43 25 65 50 A triple costs 160.00 euros which is about $210 at current exchange rates. An excellant location just a short walk to Notre Dame (and therefore the exact center of Paris).
