That depends a lot on you, your tastes, and what activites you are interested in.

You should expect to pay at least $100 a night for a double room in a centrally located hotel and $60 per person per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Those are minimum costs.

As a practical matter I budgeted $2000 a week for my last trip (2 persons) which was this time last year and plan on $2250 a week for my next trip which will be in September.
