Just back from paris how is it that the french metro system? |
Travel Info is kept so clean and that the london underground system is filthy Travel Tips its pretty simple really, paris= beautiful city, and london= a mess.... i guess the french value clean metros as well as food and fashon :) Others why the hell did you go to france in the first place they all like the cheese and little boys I completely agree - it's a world apart from ours isn't it! The prices are good as well. Yep I do agree with you...A world of difference... LU are careless and not to forget the Londoners as well It is not the London Underground that is filthy, it is the horrible Londoners who use it. They deserve to drown in a sea of their own garbage. I used to live in Paris, and would agree that the m茅tro is kept reasonably clean. I didn't spend much time in London so I can't really comment. When I was staying at a youth hostel in the Golders Green section, and taking the tube to central London however, I don't recall it being especially dirty. Has it changed much in the last ten years, I'm wondering? i don't find the tube that dirty to be honest but the metro is so much better run and so cheap!! the only thing is the lack of escalators in most stations. and the RER smells horrible. |
