There is a train from the airport that goes to the tower. There may be 1 transfer, it was a few years ago. I purchased an all day train ticket and had a ball.
I don't know, but when I went to Mexico I found that for my daughter and I it was cheaper to take the taxi that to buy 2 tickets on a bus. So, if it is going to be more than you going take the taxi.
