All terminals in this airport are connected with one another by shuttles and now by a kind of train but you should check it on the adp.fr website. This is a real big airport but i'd say that the wiser option would be to have an hour between your arrival time and your TGV departure time. It may seem much time, but it's just in case of a short delay or if you get lost. Don't worry, it's not so complicated and you have all indication also in English.

There buses every 10 minutes to go from on terminal to another.
It's about 5 km distance.

If you think about 30 minutes, you'll have no surprise.
