Several companies run shuttle services from CDG which you can book in advance. Its as fast as a taxi and less expensive.

Taxi would be quickest as long as it isn't rush hour. You can take that RER as well, RER B to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, changing to RER C to Gare d'Austerlitz. I wouldn't take the RER if you have a lot of lugguage though as there isn't much place to put it and some stations don't have elevators or escalators.
