That will help you to imagine what a "bouquiniste" is . http://paris1900.lartnouveau.com/paris00... i live in Paris In addition to Joker's already very complete response, I would also like to add that the parc Georges Brassens is host every weekend from 9 am to 6 pm, to 60 to 80 'bouquinistes', in the old Horse Stalls (I think it used to be the sight of one of Paris's slaughterhouses). It is off the beaten path, on 104, rue Brancion - Paris15, the closest metro station is either Porte de Vanves or Convention.
