Where to find the cheapest internet in Paris?

I know there are wifi hotspots throughout Paris at cafes, but i'll be traveling without my laptop... do you guys know of anywhere with cheap internet access? a library maybe?

i was in paris this summer and internet cafes are very cheap and very common. for just a few euro's an hour you can go online, often in an airconditioned room, and do whatever computer stuff you need to do. honestly, just walk around the city, they are located everywhere.
