Shopping in the uk/paris?

i am from singapore and i will be visiting the uk and paris in a few days time. i would like to know how much pounds/euro a lunch will cost there. will be great if you could list a few types of food, from sandwiches to full course meals. also, how much will shopping cost? looking for souvinirs, food items that can be brought back home, and clothing and accesories. i do not intend to buy branded things, just nice things that cost reasonable amounts of money. good deals are very very very welcomed!

Travel Tips

Lunch ranges from 5 to 20 pounds/euro with fast food on the lower end. I ate most of my meal in both Chinatown coz it is close to most attractions in London and close to my hotel in Paris. Generally souvenirs are quite reasonably priced even at tourist attractions. I bought my wife a gold ring from the Printemps department store in Paris. Shopped at Harrod's in London for the fame of it.
