Go to Tati, they have very cheap stuff and you can find some pretty great stuff there. The biggest one is at the Metro station Barb猫s, the address is 4 boulevard Rochechouart. It is a bit chaotic, but that is part of the fun, picking though the stuff and find just the right thing.
Go to Sympa, it's close to Tatie in the 18th. Metro Barbes or Anvers
