Other Travel Tips
I stayed at Holiday Inn, Marne La Valee (DisneyLand Resort Paris). Enjoyed my stay there. Rooms were large and spacious. There is also a free Park-hotel transfer facility. (pink line)

As cited in the above msg, you can book online. If you book online few days in advance you get substantial discount.

Enjoy your trip with your loved ones...
I would recommend that you stay in a reasonable but cheap hotel in central Paris. Then take the RER to Disney - it'll take just over half an hour. That'll be very much cheaper than staying at Disneyland. Allow one whole day for Disney and spend the rest of your stay visiting the real Paris.
