It depends. If you go to the tourist attractions like the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower, souvenirs tend to be a little more expensive. I remember buying a tiny little bell at the Eiffel for 10 Euros...so I think the street stores should have cheaper souvenirs.

you can pick up souvenirs for as little as 1 euro, but they can go up to about 8/9 euro's, and if you were buying something more than just a keyring, you could probably pay up to 20 euros sometimes. Mostly, you could pick up a nice souvenir for 3/4/5 euros.
Souvenir prices varies, i went from one shop to another to get a good bargain. I got a keyring for 4 euros, a set of coasters for 6 euros and a mousemat for 4 euros. the area where i bought them was near the George Pompidou museum in Chatlette.
