Problem...speak litle english?

hallo!!! I'm italian girl and I live to Sardinia.
I and my family is going to Australia( Perth) for work but We speak litle, litle english..have we many problem for this?
There is the school scool for the children italian?

You seem to know a little which is good. Try to take lessons before you go and then visit your local library to find an Italian community group nearby. (The phonebook "Yellow Pages" may have some information as well.)
They may be able to direct you to English classes but will, best of all, help to introduce you to other Italian speaking people in the community. From there you will be able to learn the best places to go shopping for groceries and basic thing like that. They will also help with schools for children to go to that may offer an 'intergration aide' (someone who helps the child while they adpat to learning in English).

As secondary advice, tell the people you work with that you speak only a little English and they might be able to help you find some of the places you need.
