I would like to go through Canarvon, Coral Bay, Broome and Katherine on the way.

Probably take about 2 maybe 3 days
from Perth you can take a day tour to Katherine so all the way to the Alice I would factor in a couple more you want to actually look at the things on the way not just be driven past them
