Travel Info I went to australia, I liked it so I went to school there, but now since the ppl there know im american there doing everything they can to make me miserable. They wont leave me alone and it pisses me off. They got it from Bush, but nothing has to do with australia, should they mind there own buisness? Im not trying to be mean Im just saying it isnt cool. I mean I love perth, the city, the creatures, but anti-americanism sucks bigtime. Travel Tips It's everywhere, thanks mostly G.W. I know it's a bummer. I'm an American living abroad too (South Korea) - I'm a teacher. Luckily they respect teachers, so that kind of balances it out. But that's the world we live in now. And we just have to deal with it. When someone talks to me about America I tell them my honest opinion: I love the country. There are lots of good people there, but unfortunately we have terrible leadership right now. Others i dont know i think anti americanism is good ( coming from scotland) what great things have come out of america lately? Not only in Australia,in South Africa and Europe ,Mexico and many more countries,you will come across the same thing,I wonder why Modified 1 year ago Yeah because scotland has given us.... Scotch. That's about it. There have been a few good movies about scotland... Made in America. So pretty much just Scotch. It's everywhere honey; thank your president and your fellow american total ignorance to anything outside their apartment block! Fair play to you for travelling but you can't afford to be so naive - enjoy the experience, expand your mind and prove to others that not all Americans are like George W.
