They can give you the best deals. Go to your local travel agency and ask them what is the best they can offer you and Qantas Airlines most likely. Perth is in the UK. It is north of Stirling. So anytime would be cheap. If possible travel "off peak", which is usually around Autumn. Also try booking your ticket online, as you can pick up a real bargain. Compare the ticket prices to that of other Australian states. It can often be cheaper to travel to (for example) Victoria and pay $100, and save $300 of the airfare to the UK.
