Is Perth Australia a nice place to live? Where else is nice to live in Australia? |
Travel Info Where is the housing more affordable? Travel Tips perth is gorgeous but its isolated. its a clean city but theres miles of nothingness between each town. its affordable there because most aussies live on the east coast and WA is desperate for trades people (especially in the welding/boilermaker industries) Queensland is also very affordable, it has less taxes than most states and real estate is cheaper, Queensland also get 10 cents off their petrol taxes - but income is also less in Queensland (still queensland is gorgeous and theres plenty of work) Darwin is also affordable and a fun 20-35 city, but like perth its isolated.......New South Wales (where i am) is one of the most heavily taxed states in the world and Sydney was just rated the most expensive city in the world....so avoid NSW unless you want to be ripped off! Others Hi... I can't honestly give an opinion of any other place, other than in the USA.. But.. I have lived in the Perth Area for 20 months and cannot wait to get back there.. In my opinion, its the most beautiful place in the world. Rockingham (Rocko) and Fremantle (Freo), are full of shops and just so much for everyone in the family to enjoy. My area, Kwinana and Parmelia are relaxed, family oriented and full of friendly, warm people. My children's ages are a few years apart and there are children both their ages to hang out with(teens) and play with (toddlers). I have spent a weekend in Bali, 2 nights in Malaysia, 2 hours in Dubaii, 2 hours in Sweden and 32 years in the USA. Perth is awonderful place to live But Unfortunately to buy a house can be expensive. not to bad i call perth sleepy holo i thing sydeny is a great place to live |
