Its caters for the disable and you have a choice of the type and level of accommodation you want. If in a very good loction, my Dad use to live just down the road from there so I know first hand. Its not far from the Beaches, very close drive to the freeways to get into the city, walking distance to Action Barn Super maket. I think they will be very happy there.
