Travel Tips i would say if you are in singapore before you buy the ticket go directly to the singapore airlines office near pheonix hotel: Town Office Address: Orchard Road #02-26/28 Paragon Shopping Centre, 238859, Singapore. Tel: 62236030/62238888. The office closes at 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays. tell them what you require and they r very helpful as i required and isle seat with leg room and ended up on a business class seat and they were very good. or you could try qantas but i dont think they will be as accomodating with an upgrade Source(s): personal experience Other Travel Tips Just let your agent know about your requirement, they would know what to do... Call the airline and let them know that you will be bringing a wheelchair and will need special assistance.
