What to look out for when buying a combi van in Western Australia? |
Travel Info Just would like to know what to look for, what paperwork do i need to deal with and check and does anyone have any tips on what to check to get a good van? Travel Tips RUST!! every nook and cranny! depending on the price its either good bad or ugly! get an RACV check/inspection report if it's worth it or get a friend who knows cars!! also check the canvas roof, very $$$ to replace. most other parts are standard VW. OR ring around some vw repair places and see what they say! and make sure they give you transfer papers (from licensing branch)and signed! good hunting! If it's been used in the Outback, check for tourist body parts! make sure there arnt any dead tourists in the closet cos they will start to smell |
