Travel Tips the flight would take 15 hours, you would have to get a ticket and a passport too. My daughter went to Australia a few month ago. The flight from Los Angeles to Sydney was 15 hours so add whatever time you need from where you live... also Passports can be expodited but it still takes a week or two for that and it costs a pretty penny too. you could get away with minimal planning but it would require some planning due to the passport, unless you already have that, in that case just book a flight and go... also OZ is 18 hours ahead of us so when my dau called it was fri night here and Saturday morning there...so you would skip ahead a day on the trip. Bon Voiage. Others thats stupid,man as long as you want. i did that and lasted two weeks but from malaysia to thailand. i play guitar and i kinda bask my way for food sometimes. its cool. ive been to australia few times and its amazing. you should go. dont think. it would be the best experience ever, i promise. my head, my mind and myself The flight alone... 25 hours Boston to Melbourne, then stop over in LA 1 hour!!! Look out Oz I am comin home!!!!! YAY!!!!!! 4 weeks!!!!!! If you have money ($3000 AUD return flight) It would take a day. If you dont have a passport, 6 weeks. No money, its going to be a long swim! Dont have swimmers, your stuck in the US or maby try Canada To enter Australia you must first have a visitors visa, a place to stay & enough money for your stay, a visa usually takes about two weeks if you already have a passport. Knowing some one helps but not a requirement, the rest is basic. |
