Are there any separated swimming pools for men and women in perth WA? |
Travel Info Hello all users!this might seem odd for some of you but im looking for a swimming pool in perth in which just men are allowed to swim at a specific time.My reason for this is that I am a muslim woman and my husband wont allow me to swim in a mixed pool due to religious reasons but he himself thinks its ok for muslim men to swim beside women in pools since they are men. I deeply think its selfish and discriminating so as a revenge i hope to find a men's pool for him in perth.i think men and women should have equal rights.plz help! answer me:Are there any or not???? Get rid of him and find a man who lives in the 21st century.I don't know if there is, but I hope there is one. Serves him right. And you're right, women and men have equal rights, just not for muslims. I know that some pools have women-only sessions. Apart from Muslim women, many women who have had breasts removed after breast cancer prefer not to swim with men as do many other women for various reasons. I don't know of any pools except those in gay saunas that are men only. Perhaps you should insist he goes to one of those. He is being selfish and discriminatory. If it is OK for him to swim in the same pool as other women, it should be OK for you to swim in the same pool as other men. The Australian Islamic College in Perth has times for men and women to swim with seperate lockers, showers etc. Call them on 9330 6422 and they can let you know more. WOW !!!! sexist selfish and the rest........ i dont think there is any !?!?!?!?!?!?! maybe you could try ringing an all womens health club ????? Sounds like you need to enlighten yourself and find a more suitable religion for the 21st century. |
