Places to get a haircut in Perth?

I'm looking to get a haircut in Perth, is there anyone knows where i can get a cheap(around $15) haircut?

Just Cuts in the Plaza arcade in the CBD. Wash your hair at home, they'll cut it and do a pretty good job too!

If you get to the hills then ask for Albert at Teamwork on Canning Road, Kalamunda. $15 is what it will cost you.
if you get to the city, you'll see tons of salons there. usually in london court,carillon or just around the corner you'll see one.they have cheap ones for guys but more expensive for ladies and more expensive if you've got a layered hair.the thing is, you'll have to wash your hair first before going as they do not shampoo your hair. just the usual spray.
God, what I would give to pay $15 to have my hair done!!! I went to the hairdressers 2 weeks ago and set me back $160. Have to say...looks pretty damn good though!!
I am not sure where $15 would get you a cut as it costs $13 to get my 5 year old sons haircut.
