The best time to visit Peru is either May or October, the weather is good, and it is low season everywhere (Cuzco, Lima, and the jungle...)
Avoid December-March summer time, it is beautiful in Lima but rainy in the rest of the country, in July there are a lot of festivities, but everything is really crowded and expensive... good luck!

depends on what are u planning on seeing, if you want to travel around the coast of Peru the best time is december - march. If you want to go to the mountain part of Peru the best time is to go from abril - july. And the Jungle part of Peru well...i have never been there, but i guess that all year round cause there's always warm weather, though you got to watch out for the heavy rain season...i'm not sure when it is.
