Why isn't there any public lavatory in Peru?

Travel Tips
there are public lavatories in Peru. You just need to know where to find them....Ask to the people on the streets...

People that don't use the public lavatories are mostly low educated persons...they don't have money or they don't have any education at all Source(s): lima city

I knew a kid in grad school from Peru. He threw his soiled toilet paper in the trash. Very dirty kid.
