talara is a very small town here in Peru. The only thing that works there is an oil company, but you gotta be luck to be hire there. Peru is Lima and Lima is Peru, thats why we are a third world country. If you are not in Lima, it is very hard to find a job, this is very irrelevant cause even in Lima the job opportunities are not that much.
