Are there good paying jobs in Peru for people that speak english? |
Travel Info Are there good paying jobs in Peru for people that speak english? Travel Tips Almost every working place here in Lima, ask people to have as a second language English. If you are looking for something specific, you can try applying on transnational companies, you can a apply on line. If you are looking for a summer job or something like that you can look for a job as an English teacher in the different institutes (the most popular are EUROIDIOMAS and ICPNA - Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteamericano). You can also try looking for a job trough an intercultural agency, there's one called INTEJ(www.intej.org) GOOD LUCK Source(s): i'm currently living in Lima, Peru. Other Travel Tips Is this Thomas? GO http://www.dangzheng.cn I'm not very sure about this, but I think you can get a job teaching English. English teachers are highly paid around the world. And the best thing about it is that they don't necessarily want you to know the national language. They want the students to ask you question in the language that they are trying to learn. This is what my brother does in Japan. I'm not sure if it is the same in Peru however. Perhaps you could be a tutor somewhere in Lima or in another big city where there is a university. Perhaps there are English Language Academies where you could work teaching English. I don't think the pay would necessarily be very good, but by Peruvian standards it would probably be decent. |
