If I go to Machu Picchu in March, are the mountain roads safe during the rainy season? |
Travel Info I know that roads in the Andes are not for the feint of heart in any month. Also, if I do not plan to hike the Inca trail can I make this trip with no reservations? I would like to spend 2 nights in Aguascalientes so that I have the full day at Machu Picchu. Travel Tips In Cusco there are many tour agencies. If you can't walk it you can always take the train. Buy your ticket at least a day before you go. No problem staying 2 days in Aguas Calientes. hiking and the train are the only ways to get there.
