Travel Info Does anybody know what Waitors/Waitresses/hostesses in Peru wear? Travel Tips It depends on the category of the restaurant. If you go to KFC or McDonalds the employees will wear the same clothes employees wear here in the US. If you go to a 5-fork restaurant waiters will wear suits like in any formal restaurant. Most of the waiters will wear a white shirt, black pants and black shoes in regular restaurants. Source(s): I'm from Peru Other Travel Tips Well i've been to many restaurants in Peru and it depends on the restaurant, they can wear what they wear here the typical white top with black bottoms and a black belt to hold the necessities, sometimes they have regular clothes but that is about it.
