Lots of things to do. Lake Titicaca, Machu Picchu, Nazca Lines. Lots of history (Inca's, Spanish conquest, etc.) The country is beautiful with the Andes Mountains and the Amazon River. Spanish is the primary language and the people are very nice.

Others
The flower market in Lima is overwhelmingly beautiful and inexpensive. Also the beach front shopping complex in Callao is a great place for lunch.
The food in Peru is inexpensive and delicious.
indigenous language was quecha in some parts.
