Skype offers free calls from time to time.I found this web www.pantel.us , they offer the service of voip communications installing a modem in your computer in US and one in Peru, both with same area code, so you get unlimited calling, like if you're calling local. Others check out skype http://www.skype.com OR gizmoproject http://www.gizmoproject.com I don't think they are free but I think these are some the cheapest rate that are out there.... No you can't but you can buy cards and call through them and it's much much cheaper. I usually buy cards like "Hola Per煤" from telefonica and for 20 soles (like 6 dollars) I can make calls to cell phones for upto 3 hours in total. |
