How to ask my neighbor out?

i have this neighbor i really like hes 13 and im 13 and me and him went to the movies today gosh i really like him we didnt sit beside each other though! ...... so me and him talk on the fone alot and text we talk and hangout wen we see each other also! well i want to ask him out but i just dont want to say it! cause im scaried of wat he will say

Most boys at 13 are not as interested in girls as girls are in them...they are just becoming interested.... I would tread lightly. spend time and if you think he might like to go out.... hint around. I was always too obvious when I was your age and I got hurt a lot if the boys were not interested. Although, some boys prefer girls that are obvious.... you have to think of how he is if he is very shy you might just ask him out....if he is not I would tread lightly and wait for him.

My Girl, both r still v young, let time prove everything. Invite him out or meal like any other of ur sch-mates, so u wont feel any uneasiness.. have a nice wkend. =D
Why don't you just ask him if he wants to "hang out" first, and see where that leads. If you start hanging out on a regular basis, and he really likes you back, then something will probably happen. If it doesn't, it will at least be easier to say you like him if you're friends first.
