To me the best bookstore where you can find TONS of books in english is Zeta Bookstore. The main store is in Av. Comandante Espinar in Miraflores, but there are small kiosks in Larcomar and Jockey Plaza (malls)
Crisol is another big bookstore but with a limited selection of books.
