First of all, it's "which one is better". Second, these two countries are VERY different: Puerto Rico is an island, Per煤 isnt. Puerto Rico has beautiful sea (caribbean), Peru has an enormous coast but on the Pacific which cannot compete with the caribbean. The food is very different too, the weather is different on both, the people are different (come from different ethnicities), different cultural background, different history, etc.
Now, if you ask my for my personal opinion the best will be Peru for several reasons but mainly because I live in Peru and I am proud to be a peruvian, reasons which are valid for a Puerto Rican to vote for Puerto Rico! Are you planning your holidays and cannot decide where to go? Or did youjust pick 2 countries beginnign with P?Peru, of course! Puerto Rico is a small island with not much history. The history of the island of Puerto Rico before the arrival of Christopher Columbus is not well understood. What is known today comes from findings and from early Spanish accounts.

Peru is a big country with endless history and culture.
