You need a passport first and then call the Peruvian consulate in Karachi and see if you need a tourist visa to get here. You probably need one so apart from the passport and visa you will need airplane tickets, hotel reservation, etc. About planes from pakistan to Lima, I recommend you fly to Frankfurt or Amesterdan and then catch the KLM flight direct to Lima.
