What is something fun to do in Philly? |
Travel Info I need help! You can name things to do something to see what ever! Travel Tips Hershey Park and the plant are about an hour or two outside of Philly. I wouldn't bother going to the Hard Rock either...it's a chain and has nothing to do with Philly. Someone said Tony Luke's. They're the best sandwiches in Philly, bar-none. Try the cheesesteak and the roast pork sandwich (with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe). You should also see the art museum too. It's free to go in on Sundays, but the outside is the better part of it IMO. You could also hit all of the historical things as well, but without a specific site in mind, you'll be looking at historical stuff for months. South Street is ok, but nothing more. It's dirty, over-crowded and meant for a younger crowd I feel. I mean, definitely go and give it a shot (you may like it...I don't know) and you should at least say you've been there and done that, but don't put it up on top of your priority list. The Philadelphia Zoo is fairly big, but it's the oldest in the country. They also have a balloon that goes up 100 feet or something like that and has a great view of Boathouse Row and the City Skyline. Others GET DRUNK AT AN IRISH PUB WITH A FAKE ACCENT! panhandle while visiting the liberty bell. it will help with expenses and it is alot of fun to ask strangers for money Party with this guy I went to school with his name is Hogan and he's the ****! No better time can be had...seriously. The best sight in Philly is the sign that says, "You Are Now Leaving Philadelphia". You're much better off in Baltimore, anyway. South Street on a weekend night (Friday or Saturday), especially from about 10th Street down to the Delaware River. Bring your friends and eat a philly chesse steak |
