Olney is the section of the city of Philadelphia located off of North Broad Street (broad & olney) there is a big SEPTA Transportation center right on the corner of Broad & Olney (also called B&O) lol...anyway Home to Girls High School and Olney High School Nice large homes in the area. I have friends that live there. Close to public transportation, shopping and schools, also einstein hospital system is there too Source(s): personal experience
