If i wanted to go to for a drive in NE philly....?

if i have nothing to do and want to go for a drive in North East philadelphia what road should i drive on or what would be the best place to go to hang out or site see for free?

Definitely the Blvd. It is a very nice drive at night time. It just looks pretty. In the day shopping. But remember it is Philly.

Roosevelt Blvd is the main drag through NE Philly. Questioning why you would want to go sight seeing there since it is all residential and suburban commercial.
Roosevelt Blvd. But there is nothing to site see, unless you want to go shopping.
