If it has a Mastercard or Visa logo, you can use it anywhere (store purchases, etc.). If there's no logo on it, you can still use it at ATM's. If it has a visa or mastercard logo you can use it anywhere. Why would anyone move to California? it is ebt and untill the funds are gone on it yes. you will need to visit the social services offices asap to avoid interuption in benefits. I don't think it should affect you in any way as long as the card doesn't have coverage in that one state. If you are moving to Cali, it would be best to visit their Social Services department. Public assistance are usually by State. |
