Hard Rock Cafe in Philly? |
Travel Info How far is Hard Rock from Citizens Bank Park in Philly? We are going to a gam this Saturday and want to go to Hard Rock. Travel Tips It'll probably take about 20 minutes on the subway. You'd have to take the Orange Line (Broad Street Line) towards City Hall (the Sports Complex is the last stop on that line...the train only goes one way from here--back into the City). I think you have to get off at City Hall from there, and it's maybe a two or three block walk. I have to say though, there are so many places in the city to eat, that a Hard Rock kind of defiles the WHOLE experience of coming to Philly, where one of the only things we've been getting right is food. There are so many BYOs and unique spots to eat with everything from standard American fair to Ethiopian cuisine...you could stay for a year and not find everything. Just about everything is accessible via public transportation too. Try looking in here. It's one of the most comprehensive site I know of for food in Philly. It also has links to a ton more sites that cover all kinds of things...hours, menus, reviews, etc. At least give it a look before you make up your mind... www.foobooz.com |
