Travel Info Is phlliy cheesesteaks really have ketchup on them? Travel Tips The 1st three responders obviously aren't from Philly. Cheesteaks are not automatically served with ketchup, but it is perfectly acceptable to put ketchup on a cheese steak. For me personally it depends where you get one. If I'm at Jim's on South Street or at Pat's, then yes, I use ketchup. If I'm at Mamma's in Bala Cynwyd, then no. Others Heck NO! no.....unless you ask for ketchup on them otherwise its a thin cut beef in a cheese.......i think im going to make one now :) Ewww gross. u put ketchep on them cheese whiz baby Only if you put it on! |
