I'm planning on moving next year & I need help? |
Travel Info I'm planning on moving to Philadelphia with my mom next march-early april (08) but I don't where the best place to live is, like northern philly eastern part ect. I don't mind living in the suburbs, it probably is cheaper anyways, but can someone help on telling me where the better part of the city is.. ???? (My mom doesn't want to live in New Jersey, so we need to stay in Pennsylvania.) Travel Tips Just keep out of the South West and parts of North Philly. I have to move from Manila, Philippines to Germany this coming October, and I haven't even thought about it yet. You aren't even leaving the country - what's the big worry. I would say start planning next Feb. There are a few locations in Philadelphia. The areas are all located in Philadelphia. Northeast Port Richmond Mt. Airy South Philly West Philly Chestnut Hill Some of the Philly suburbs are: Cheltenham Glenside Montgomery County (several areas) Upper Darby Good luck. A lot of people from NJ are moving to Lehigh County (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton) area. The Lehigh Valley is about an hour to an hour and half from Philadelphia depending on traffic and route taken. i agree with the dude above me saty away from those places id go around northeast philly or bucks county its right outside of the city no you can't live in Philly to much criminal you could live in Wilkes-barre it has good stuff like college good fishing if you like i don't think you should move too Philly my friend died their because they fought good luck Bridesburg is a neighborhood in Philly that is good right now. house sell for about $80,000-200,000 |
