Is there any nightlife in Meadville, PA? |
Travel Info Moving to the area in June from California. Wondering how to occupy myself at night. Travel Tips Attend jazz festivals and poetry readings - I once picked blueberries from a farm in that area and I saw many advertisements for family oriented cultural events in the small towns in and around Meadville. The wineries also sponsor events and some of the restaurants are 4 and 5 star. I was shocked with the culture in such an isolated area. Others Not really, but about 15 minutes away is the town of conneaut lake. Go up the either side of the lake and there are a couple of descent bars on each side. It's very summer oriented, so lots of cabin and cottage rentals. Meaning a lot of people on vacation to please!!! My brother lives in Conneaut Lake, and the bars are decent. Very seasonal as the last poster said. You are about 45 minutes from Erie, where I believe there is a little more to do. Not a good one |
