Does anyone know a great place to stay in Breezewood, PA for ONE NIGHT, romantically? |
Travel Info When driving to PA, what is the first exit one comes to after getting on the PA turnpike and what is a good place, for a couple, to stay for one great evening? Breezewood may be an option...anyone familiar with the area?Ideally, halfway between Cleveland and Philly. Travel Tips Breezewood is a huge "pass-through" interchange town with lots of trucks, truckstops and noise. There is NOTHING romantic in it or around it. If you really want romantic, try one of the Caesar's resorts in the Poconos. We've tried them all and love Paradise Stream the best. Check them out at: http://www.caesarspoconoresorts.com/... Source(s): Personal experience Other Travel Tips The Breezewood exit is nothing but motels that were built in the 50's and 60's. Nothing special about them. My advice is travel another 1.5 hours east and stay around the Harrisburg area. You can visit Hershey, PA where the chocolate is made. They have a great Theme Park and lots to do and see in the area. Continue another 40 minutes east and check out Lancaster, PA and visit the Amish and the shopping outlets. Jeff |
