You could take the train from MDT (Harrisburg)airport or downtown Harrisburg station to Lancaster, and a local bus from Lancaster to Ephrata. The trains run regularly, but the bus service is pretty pitiful, especially on weekends. Probably the cab is the best idea, but it won't be cheap. Bus schedule should be available from RRRTA (Red Rose Transit Authority)
Others
It is an easy drive, (assuming you are able to drive) consider renting a car. Just jump on rt 322 from harrisburg airport or take the turnpike.
