Philadelphia.....Dirty or not dirty?

Does anyone reside in philadelphia? or has visited Philadelphia?....What do you think ? Do you think this is a dirty city or not?

It's a large city, with all the problems of any large city. I wouldn't eat off the ground, that's for sure. However, the city has a lot of character and points of interest, people are just haters...gees!

Definitely dirty. I live about 45 mins away in Jersey and go there often. Pretty cool, but dirty.
I visited Philadelphia some years ago; my vote is dirty.
Philadelphia is very dirty. I used to work in the Independence Mall area, and the stench from the horse droppings (from horse-drawn carriages) would nauseate a person in seconds in the summer.
Very dirty. Very embarassing.
Philly is a rotten place. Don't know why anyone would like to live there.
It's a city with alot of people there is going to be trash, it not that bad.
