Travel Info My Dell printer carriage is not returning to prpoer place.I have tried everything that I was told to do. Travel Tips Call Dell. They will be able to tell you what shops in your area are Dell certified. Others I think the previous answer is your best bet. If you have never called them just be prepared to be on hold, have your computer info ready (usually on side of computer) and bet ready to say "What?" and "don't call me ma'am" (or sir) since their customer service reps are in India. Most of the time Dell printers, frankly, are not terribly high-quality. In addition, the cost to get it fixed is likely less than the cost of obtaining a completely new (and higher quality) printer.
