Consider moving further out into Downingtown or Parkesburg if you want these levels of rent. Otherwise, you will pay more, which I suggest you do so that you are closer to the city and the convenience. For that price range you'll probably need to look further out west, like Downingtown/Thorndale/Coatesvi... I live in East Fallowfield which is south of Coatesville, and I just moved out of a 3 bedroom place that ran $900 a month. It's in a more rural area, but I work in Exton, and the drive is only 20 minutes each morning. |
