What is the best way to get from Philadelphia to Stroudburg, PA? |
Travel Info I am trying to get from Newport News VA to Stroudsburg, PA. by Amtrak. I see nothing closer than 50 miles away (New Brunswick, NJ) Is there a train Ican catch from Philidelphia? Travel Tips You can take the train to 30th street station but from there you would have to take a Martz or Greyhound train. There are no trains that run into the Northeast part of pennsylvania. Others Honestly, I'd ditch the train and try driving there directly. I'm in Downingtown PA--about 30 miles west of Phila.---right in between Lancaster and Phil. To my knowledge, there is no train that runs from Phil. to Stroudsburg. Maybe to Lancaster though...from there, perhaps you can use a cab.
